Drawing is at the heart of everything I do, whether it’s from sight or memory. Drawing is the most immediate expression of an idea, directly from the mind, hand and heart. It is for me a means of visual poetry, the alchemical relation to what I see. It is the relationship between the object, me and the viewer. I am truly inspired to draw as a means of communicating. Drawing is the basis of all my art.
